RAZ Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations—due to incorrect color, size, or any other reason—you may return it for store credit (shipping costs excluded), provided the item remains in new, saleable condition. Please note that we do not offer refunds; store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that Sale Items are marked as final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend reviewing your items carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Eligibility Criteria
1) The item must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original labels attached and packaging intact.
2) Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
To start your return, simply email us at hello@raz.co.nz with your order number and a brief note explaining why you are returning. We will then send you further instructions containing next steps of the return process.
For peace of mind during transit, we require using tracked shipping. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit. If the item arrives not in its original, new condition, we will return it to you.
RAZ reserve the right to decline returns if the item is not in new and pristine condition.
Exchanges
Store credit is valid for 4 months. Return shipping costs are not refunded and not included in your store credit.
